Health is very important because your life become long life, If you take care of your health.
I think the exercise is the good thing for health. For example, you jog in the every morning. it is diet too. The other things are swimming, dancing, walking, playing sports and so on. The exercise can be enjoy with the other persons, friends, family, neighbors and so on so you will last long. Of course you sould take care of your food. You must not eat only snack, meat. You must take meal by thinking about the nutritional balance.
